To ensure that all building services are functioning properly and are kept at efficient working condition
To maintain all public areas including all entrance halls, lift lobbies, staircases, external walls, toilets, and generally throughout the building in clean conditions and good repairs
To enforce security and public orders within the building
To answer enquiries and attend complaints / problems that may have to arise to individual tenant relating to the building's management
