International Commerce Centre is managed by Kai Shing Management Services Limited (subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd.) The building management areas are covered as follows:

  • To ensure that all building services are functioning properly and are kept at efficient working condition
  • To maintain all public areas including all entrance halls, lift lobbies, staircases, external walls, toilets, and generally throughout the building in clean conditions and good repairs
  • To enforce security and public orders within the building
  • To answer enquiries and attend complaints / problems that may have to arise to individual tenant relating to the building's management
