Victor Lui is Executive Director of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and joined Sun Hung Kai Properties as a management trainee in 1977.

He was responsible for securing the sites for 3 Repulse Bay Road, 127 Repulse Bay Road and a number of sites in Kowloon East that now make up Millennium City. Mr Lui is presently Head of Property Investments, overseeing the sale and leasing of a number of developments including International Commerce Centre, Millennium City, The Arch and Park Island.

K W Lo is the General Manager of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency. He has a surveyor qualification and a Master's degree in Business Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
With over ten years of experience in leasing, K W Lo joined the Group's Office Leasing Department in 2004. His major task is the leasing of International Commerce Centre (ICC) and overseeing the leasing affairs of Group's office properties. He also focuses on improving the quality of office developments, to further strengthen the Group's leading position in the office leasing market.
