Victor Lui Ting

Victor Lui is Executive Director of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and joined Sun Hung Kai Properties as a management trainee in 1977.

His experience includes land acquisitions, primarily through private negotiation. He was responsible for securing the sites for 3 Repulse Bay Road, 127 Repulse Bay Road and a number of sites in Kowloon East that now make up Millennium City. Mr Lui is presently Head of Property Investments, overseeing the sale and leasing of a number of developments including International Commerce Centre, Millennium City, The Arch and Park Island.

Lo King Wai

K W Lo is the General Manager of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency. He has a surveyor qualification and a Master's degree in Business Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

With over ten years of experience in leasing, K W Lo joined the Group's Office Leasing Department in 2004. His major task is the leasing of International Commerce Centre (ICC) and overseeing the leasing affairs of Group's office properties. He also focuses on improving the quality of office developments, to further strengthen the Group's leading position in the office leasing market.

Filipe Leung Ka Por
Assistant General Manager, Office Leasing Department of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency

Filipe Leung, a native of Hong Kong, is the Assistant General Manager - Leasing at the Office Leasing Department of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited. He is currently responsible for the leasing of the International Commerce Centre (ICC), Sun Hung Kai Properties' flagship 118-storey in West Kowloon, atop the Airport Express Kowloon Station. He joined Sun Hung Kai in 2002 and his other responsibilities also include landlord representation for SHKP's two joint venture projects, Central Plaza and International Finance Centre (IFC), and asset management oversight for Harbour Centre, Grand Central Plaza and Metroplaza.

Filipe started his career as a Management Trainee for Jardine Matheson & Co and eventually became the Strategic Project Manager for Colliers Jardine in Hong Kong. Filipe's professional qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Property Development (HKU SPACE), a PDEC (Professional Diploma in Electronic Commerce) and a PDQM (Professional Diploma in Total Quality Management), both from The Hong Kong Management Association. He is also an Associate Member of the City and Guilds of London Institute (UK).
